How do I alert you of updates?

Whenever you need an update you simply send us an email along with any necessary attachments (photos) and instructions of what you would like done. If it's something major we find it better for you to contact us by phone and possibly arrange a meeting.

Is it possible to pay Quarterly rather than monthly?

Our rates are monthly, however, in the case that you would prefer to pay quarterly that possibility is also available. The cost per quarter is 10% cheaper than the combined monthly rate.

Are there any contracts involved?

The contract term for any website is a minimum 6 months.

Can I choose my website address?

You are able to choose your own website address with a couple of exceptions. First, web addresses can only contain letters, numbers, and/or hyphens (-). We also ask for your top three choices for an address because it could be the case that your first option is already in existence.

Can I upgrade/downgrade my current package?

You can upgrade/downgrade your current package at any time. Should it require immediate attention and take effect prior to your next months billing cycle the bills will be prorated.

How long before my site is up and running?

From the consultation phase to a finished product could take up to two weeks. This depends strongly on the type of website and how much content it will contain. In general, we find that it takes approximately 1 week to complete a standard website.

Can I design my own layout?

You have complete control over the design and layout of your website. You can input as much, or as little as you'd like. We do take the time to get to know your business and will have some ideas of our own, however, we recommend that you provide as much input as possible so that you will have the greatest amount of satisfaction with your finished result.
